My Profile

Jim is primarily a New England rider, where the mountains are older, smaller, and often mistaken for the frost heaves (or vice versa).  Theatrically, he is the Production Manager for the Middlebury College Theatre Department and active in KCACTF Region I. When not in the theater, he enjoys time in Vermont with his family.  Without their support, this ride wouldn’t be possible and he’s grateful for it. He’s also grateful for the opportunity to ride in support of Behind the Scenes once again. Their work providing financial assistance to help meet the medical and mental health needs of people working in the entertainment industry is critical.  It was a lifeline during the Covid-19 pandemic and remains so as pressures rise once again on those working in the arts. Not all production positions offer health care, so getting sick or injured can be not only costly but also a significant mental strain.  Support from Behind the Scenes can help make access to both medical and mental health care easier.
