Thursday 6/30 Ellsworth NE to Rapid City SD +/- 200 miles
Hwy 26 West to Hwy 29 North (at Mitchell), to Hwy 20 East (at Harrison) to Chadron, then north into South Dakota on 18/385, through Hot Springs (site of a really cool woolly mammoth dig, and the Red Rock Cafe, serving Moose Drool Ale!), and on to Rapid City Also possibility of stopping by Moe’s old stomping grounds at the Post Playhouse, located in NW NE, site of the death of Chief Crazy Horse. Then on to the mah-velous rides, sights, and sites in SW SD, and eastern Wyoming.
